CPA Allen Alternative. Who closes the month.
Meet Steven Palmieri, Tax CFO. Also the Entrepreneur's CFO. Owners in Allen hire the month, the setup, and the return.
Ask for a call.
A practice, not a storefront in town
This door is for owners whose sales, rentals, or job sites sit in Allen. What we offer is the close every month, payroll set up on the provider you already use, statements from those months, and the return when the names are honest. The standard stays the same in January and in October. A month that ties is the standard, and a friendly tone does not replace it.
One high school and one library for a city past 110,000 people is a pride we share with you. It says something about how the town decided to be a town. A shop on that same map still needs a person who will close the books. We are that person if you hire us, and we are not the school and not the library. The wink matters because we want you to hear a neighbor. The engagement letter matters because neighbor is not a scope of work.
How the work is staffed
You talk to the practice, not to a rotating inbox. The first call is with someone who can tell you whether the months are closable and whether we are the right fit. If we start, the same standard shows up every month. Working papers point at the bank, the cards, the loans, and the filings. A second set of eyes on our side can pick up the month. You can pick it up a year later. That is the promise we are willing to put in a letter, and it is smaller than the promises marketing likes.
We will tell you no. No to a signed attest cover. No to running your payday after the setup is done. No to a return on open months. No to a rush that would require us to invent the three local names. Those nos are on the disclosures page in full, including the Texas occupations sections that draw the fence. On this page the short version is enough. We would rather lose the work than wear a costume.
What a relationship looks like after the call
A client relationship starts when both sides sign a letter that names the scope and the fee. This page can be read all afternoon and still hire nobody. A calendar slot is only a conversation. The slot is a conversation, and the honest end of some conversations is that you do not need us yet. If you do, the letter comes before we touch a month. Your records stay yours. Either side may stop the work with a letter. Fees earned through that date remain due, and the working papers that belong to you come back.
The footer phone is the phone. The note on this page arrives with those same people. A street is absent here, and so is any inbox. Public rates, when you want them, sit on the disclosures page with the sources written out. For a person, use the phone or the calendar.
The town, and then the ledger
We will talk about the Eagles on a Friday and about a walk beside the water at Watters Creek. Then we will ask when the bank last tied. Both parts are sincere. The town is why the work has a place in it. The tie is why the work is worth paying for. If you only wanted the town, you already have it. If you wanted the tie, that is the call.
Allen has one high school and one library for about 110,000 people, and a home bill is mostly the school line. We like the Friday lights. They do not close a month. We show the rest of the bill, the city, the county, and the college, and the ledger still wants the day we named, with the bank and the three local names on it.
What you want from a call
.Name the month, the setup, or the return you have in mind. A sentence is enough.
You will be talking to the Steven Palmieri practice.
