How a sentence gets onto a page
.How a sentence earns its place
A line stays on this door only after someone here has checked it against the public page it came from and against the limit on this practice. Software may draft. A person decides. When a figure for Allen goes stale, call the footer number and that line is replaced.
Each figure on this door can be checked on the government page that published it. Hotel tax points at the city. School rates point at the Comptroller workbook. A statute points at its section. A number that lived only in a conversation never becomes a line here.
Samples show the shape of a month for an owner in Allen. No sample uses a real client's figures. Call the footer number, name the wrong line, and we replace it on the page you are reading.
What we are willing to repeat
.The public figures these pages repeat
Sales tax printed for this door is the state piece at 6.25 percent and the city's own piece at 2 percent. Nothing on a receipt in Allen is a Collin County sales tax. The city sits outside any transit authority, so the local 2 percent stays in Allen and the tape stops at 8.25 percent. Inside the city's 2 percent, half a percent funds the 4A economic development corporation, half a percent funds the 4B community development corporation, and 1 percent funds the city general fund. The Comptroller's local code for the city is 2043072. A shop files that return on the 20th after the month of the sale.
On a room in Allen the city hotel occupancy tax is 7 percent, stacked on the state hotel tax of 6 percent. A week of empty rooms still leaves the city's occupancy return due when the 20th shows up. Pay late and the city schedule is 5 percent during the first 30 days, 10 percent from day 31 through day 90, and 15 percent once a fiscal quarter has passed, with 12 percent annual interest on top. The city's hotel occupancy tax page is the source.
For fiscal year 2025 to 2026 the city property tax rate is 41.54 cents per 100 dollars of taxable value. The city itself describes a home bill as roughly 64 percent Allen ISD, 23 percent city, 8 percent Collin County, and 5 percent Collin College. The 2025 Comptroller school workbook lists Allen ISD at 1.1258 per 100 dollars, maintenance and operations 0.7358 and interest and sinking 0.39. About 93 percent of the census blocks inside the city limits sit in that district. A thin edge sits in Plano ISD or Lovejoy ISD. The Collin Central Appraisal District sets values. The county tax office mails the bill. The list of tangible business property goes to the appraisal district on 15 April, and only a written extension moves it later. Protesting the notice on a building is a May conversation of its own.
Franchise tax never becomes a city filing just because the company operates in Allen. Open the Comptroller franchise page for report years 2026 and 2027 and the no tax due mark reads 2,650,000 dollars, with 0.375 percent on retail and wholesale and 0.75 percent on other activity. The report date is 15 May. If you go looking for a counter, Allen will not have one, and neither will any other city in Collin County. What the agency offers instead is an office on the northwest side of Dallas, an office on the southwest side of Dallas, or a video field office.
What this practice will not sign.
Steven Palmieri is not a CPA. A signed audit, a signed review, or a signed compilation, the kind a lender or a buyer attaches to a deal, comes from a firm that is allowed to put that cover on. That limit is spoken before anything else on the first call. The statements we hand you stand on their own, with no cover page pretending they are something else.
Payday on these pages means the registrations, the provider you already chose, and the login handed back to you. The payroll run itself stays on that provider. We do not keep the only key to it.
Preparing a return, talking through the year, and handing over statements are the work this practice does. Read 901.451, 901.453, and 901.456. Those numbers in the occupations chapter are the fence, and the capitol statutes site prints them in full.
The opening conversation decides if unfinished months must be finished before any return is drafted. A poor fit ends there. No signature leaves this practice until that choice is spoken. Alternative belongs in this sentence with the word CPA because the help you came for is the books, the setup, the statements, and the return, and the signed cover stays with a firm that may issue one.

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Call +1 844-324-7273. The people who close months for owners in Allen are the ones who answer.
Phone or the calendar is how you reach us. Look for a mailing address and you will not find one here. Look for an inbox and you will not find that either. A search snippet is not allowed to invent a fact the paragraphs skipped.
Allen is one public door of this practice. You are on the door for sales, rentals, or job sites in Allen. Sister doors are omitted. The single outside link is stevenpalmieri.com, flagged so a crawler does not treat it as an endorsement.
A correction, and what we will not print
.What a correction looks like
When a sentence is wrong, the replacement stands alone. We do not leave the old line up next to a milder one.
A result from a real year is printed only after that person agrees in writing and after anything that would name them is gone. The shape of a month can stay. The name cannot.
Reading these pages makes you a reader. Calling the footer number makes you a caller. The month in Allen stays yours until a scope letter carries your signature and ours, and a phone call alone does not start that letter.
How the city numbers stay tied to a page
.Figures a reader can check
Inside a receipt in Allen the state takes 6.25 percent and the city takes 2 percent, which is why the tape shows 8.25. Local code 2043072 is the Comptroller's label for that city piece. Of the city's 2, the 4A corporation receives half a percent, the 4B corporation receives half a percent, and the general fund receives 1 percent. County sales tax is absent in Collin County, and Allen sits outside every transit authority, so the 2 percent never leaves town for a transit system.
A room in Allen carries a city occupancy tax of 7 percent stacked on a state hotel tax of 6 percent. Empty or full, the city still expects that return when the 20th arrives. The late schedule the city publishes is 5 percent through day 30, 10 percent from day 31 to day 90, and 15 percent after a fiscal quarter, with 12 percent yearly interest beside it. Read the city's own hotel occupancy tax page before you trust a memory of the penalty.
Property tax on this door, for fiscal year 2025 to 2026, uses the city rate of 41.54 cents per 100 dollars and a 5 percent homestead exemption on a qualifying home. A home bill, in the city's own description, runs about 64 percent Allen ISD, 23 percent city, 8 percent Collin County, and 5 percent Collin College. Values are set by the Collin Central Appraisal District. The bill in the mailbox comes from the county tax office. Tangible business property is reported in the middle of April, or in the middle of May if a written extension was filed. A protest of a real property notice clusters on 15 May and is a different act from that list.
The franchise report is the state's, and Allen does not collect it. For 2026 and for 2027 the line where tax begins is 2,650,000 dollars. Above that line, retail and wholesale activity draws 0.375 percent while every other activity draws 0.75 percent. The report date is 15 May. A Comptroller window is not available in Allen or in Collin County. The agency sends people to northwest Dallas, to southwest Dallas, or to a virtual field office.
