The pages are general reading for an owner. They are not a reading of your own year. Opening them does not make you a client. A rule can change, and the same rule can land differently on two sets of facts, so confirm anything that would move your return before you rely on a paragraph.

Booking a time does not create an engagement, a duty that continues, or an obligation on either side. We will say what we see and what a later engagement would cover, including the honest case where you do not need one yet.
Work starts only after both sides sign a letter that names the scope and the fee.

.How an engagement is bounded
The letter comes before the work. The fee in it covers the scope it names. Work outside that letter is priced before it is done. Either side may end the engagement in writing. Fees earned to that date remain due, and your records come back to you.
A month is only as trustworthy as the records under it. You keep the records complete, you keep what lives in your own systems, and you make the decisions. We will say when a number does not tie. We will not prepare a return on a month that is still open.

The words, the layouts, and the photographs belong to the practice that publishes this door. You may read them, print a page, and quote a sentence if you credit it. Republishing the site, or feeding it to a product so the product can train, needs written permission.
The site is offered as it stands. We try to keep it accurate and reachable. We do not promise a page will never be wrong or that the site will never be down. Nothing here cuts off a liability the law says cannot be cut off.
Texas law governs these terms. A dispute is heard in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
Nothing on this door is an offer to sign an attest cover, to run a payday, or to file a return before the months under it are closed. The work, if you hire us, is the month, the setup of payroll on the provider you already chose, the statements, and the return. The letter names which of those you want. A page that describes a city rate does not set your fee and does not set your filing position.
You may close this door whenever you like, and an owner in Allen does not owe us an explanation for leaving a tab. Ending a visit does not by itself end a signed engagement. Ending a signed engagement takes the writing the letter already described. Questions about these terms go to the footer phone, and we would rather fix a confusing line than argue about it.
